Easy to make and so yummy. I like to grill chicken or shrimp and put it on top!
6 cups of sherreded green cabbage
1/2 cup of chopped green onion
1/2 cup of sliced almonds
1 cup of fiber one original cereal
1 can of sliced water chestnuts
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
3 teaspoons of seasame seeds
4 Tablespoons of lowfat asian seasame dressing (I use Newman's lowfat)
1 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Toss & enjoy! This stays well in the fridge even though it is dressed. If you need more dressing I would add it just before serving!

I didn't see an email contact, so I'm leaving the recipe for granola in your comments, per our conversation at the gym. I first published this on an older post today by accident, sorry for the repeat.
4c. old fashioned oats
~1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
~1/4 - 1/3c. honey
dried fruits as desired, raisins, blueberries, currants, cranberries
add ground flaxseed, as desired.
Toast oats in 300 degree oven until they barely begin to turn golden, stirring often. A jelly roll pan works well for this.
Mix warm oats with the other ingredients, stir well. Adding the fruit at this step lets it soften and get chewier.
When completely cool, stir as the granola may have clumped a bit and then store in an airtight container.
Making your own granola eliminates the fat added to most commercial brands.
